By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fe888 website or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
fe888 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for an English-language audience, including users in Pakistan. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on fe888, a User must meet all of the following criteria:
By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above and that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete and current.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the fe888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of funds and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. fe888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify fe888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
fe888 may request one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
Your use of the fe888 Platform is subject to the following conditions and must at all times comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
The fe888 Platform is made available solely for the purpose of lawful personal entertainment and recreational betting and gaming activity. Any commercial exploitation, systematic data extraction, scraping or use of automated tools to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
fe888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond fe888's control may result in temporary unavailability. fe888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability, including but not limited to open bets or incomplete gaming sessions where the interruption was beyond fe888's reasonable control.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their own devices, internet connections and software meet the minimum technical requirements to access fe888. The Platform is optimised for modern mobile browsers commonly used in Pakistan and is designed to perform on 4G and 3G mobile networks. fe888 is not responsible for poor performance attributable to the User's device or connection quality.
All financial transactions on fe888 are subject to the Platform's applicable payment terms, limits and processing procedures as communicated in the cashier section of the Platform.
Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and listed in the fe888 cashier. fe888 acknowledges familiar payment references for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not constitute confirmation that any such provider supports, endorses or facilitates gambling transactions. Actual available methods, minimum deposits and processing times are confirmed solely within the cashier.
The minimum deposit is subject to change and is displayed in PKR within the cashier at the time of transaction. fe888 does not accept deposits from third parties; all deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements having been met; and (c) there being no active investigation into the Account. fe888 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Pakistani users may view Account balances, stakes and winnings denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange rates applied for currency conversion, where applicable, are determined by fe888 and disclosed at the point of transaction. fe888 is not responsible for any losses attributable to currency fluctuations.
From time to time, fe888 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses or other incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
fe888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play with other accounts, or placing bets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play and designed to extract guaranteed bonus value.
